Like normalize(), but doesn't collapse "**/.." when globstar is true.

glob: string

The glob pattern to normalize.

options: Pick<GlobOptions, "globstar"> = [UNSUPPORTED]

The options for glob pattern.

Returns

The normalized glob pattern.
