function Ende.mkdir(path: string | URL, options?: MkdirOptions): Promise<void>

Creates a new directory with the specified path.

await Ende.mkdir("new_dir");
await Ende.mkdir("nested/directories", { recursive: true });
await Ende.mkdir("restricted_access_dir", { mode: 0o700 });

Throws if the directory already exists, unless recursive is set to true.

Requires allow-write permission.
